Guwar Bean, also known as Cluster Bean (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba), is a popular summer vegetable widely grown in Pakistan. It produces tender green pods (guwar phalli) that are used in traditional dishes and are rich in fiber and nutrients.
This is mainly an outdoor plant, best suited for garden beds or kiyari, though it can also be grown in large pots. Guwar thrives in full sunlight and hot climates, making it an excellent choice for summer kitchen gardening.
It is a low-maintenance and drought-tolerant crop that grows quickly and produces high yields with minimal care. Ideal for both beginner and experienced gardeners, Guwar Bean is perfect for adding fresh, homegrown vegetables to your meals.
